Is Better Foundations & Futures, Inc. a registered 501(C)(3)?
Yes. BF&F, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) certified organization with EIN 85-2979283.

How can I get support from BF&F, Inc.?

The men we support must complete an online application here and be approved to participate in our programs. Once the application is completed, you will be contacted within 2 weeks to schedule a phone interview. Depending on the nature of the need, you may or may not have additional follow up interviews. You will be notified via phone, email or regular mail as to whether or not you are accepted into BF&F, Inc.'s Minority Men Program. 

How much does it cost to participate in BF&F, Inc.'s programs? 

It's always 100% free!

How can I donate to BF&F, Inc. if I live outside of the United States?
You can donate here. The website can only support amounts converted into U.S. dollars. Please use a currency converter tool at the time of your donation to ensure that you are donating the correct amount. 

How can I learn more about my donation?
Once you’ve donated on our website, you will receive an email from us within 8-12 weeks of your gift date with information, such as frequency of communication and what to expect moving forward, will be included in this initial correspondence.

Where does the money go when I donate to your organization?

When you donate to Better Foundations & Futures, Inc., your dollars go towards our administrative/operating expenses, fundraising expenses, program expenses. Since are programs offered are always 100% free, you will be helping to support our organizations purpose of offering free education, financial stability and health programs. We are always 100% transparent about our finances.

Who runs the Better Foundations & Futures, Inc.?

BF&F, Inc. is run by our Board of Directors and our Executive Directors. Each person is an independent leader and decision maker of the organization that is not influenced by personal decisions/feelings and not influenced by one person in regard to the running of the BF&F, Inc.

How can I volunteer with BF&F, Inc.?
No matter where you are, you can take action by engaging remotely, participating on one of our committees, raising funds or just raising awareness. Feel free to create your own opportunity based on your personal interests and activities and reach out to us at info@bff-inc.org!

How does BF&F, Inc. choose partner programs?
Through a rigorous process! When we are looking to expand, we put out a call for partner applications. BF&F, Inc. will have a preliminary conversation with a potential partners and if our values and shared needs align, an extensive a series of interviews will be held  either remote or by phone. Potential partners also submit financials as well as references, and our team will often do a site visit before officially adding them to the network. All of our partner programs share our goal of centering men's rights and voices in our work.

How can I apply to be part of the BF&F, Inc. network of partners?
At BF&F, Inc., we are always currently accepting new applications for funding partners and including those interested in being a part of our network. We prioritize those organizations working with men, offering mental/physical healthcare, housing, food/nonperishable goods, teaching/training/coaching, and so much more. Our partners are aligned with our mission and values, make a significant, multi-year financial contribution to our programs and general operations. We support these partnerships with high visibility and engagement. Once you a part of our network of partners, we share resources, training sessions, and funding opportunities, and practitioners can connect with one another. 

How can I support BF&F, Inc. without a contracted partnership?
There are many companies that support BF&F, Inc. independently, such as donating proceeds from a product/service or employee fundraisers, often maximized through matching gift policies. We welcome you to use the tools and brand guidelines on our website to further your advocacy efforts. Donate as you would normally, through our website or by check, and you will be eligible for the same donor benefits.
